Position​ Summary

This position is responsible for achieving defined performance targets and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for the clients of Apex Property Ltd. consistently. The incumbent must have the ability to lead, manage, and guide a team of diverse individuals toward a common goal.
 

Scope

The incumbent will primarily be dealing with American clients & stakeholders. So, high proficiency in English communication is mandatory for the role.

 Essential​ Duties &​ Responsibilities

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

• End-to-end customer service. 

• Quality assurance of the services generated by stakeholders. 

• Ensuring timely service delivery in line with Apex Property’s brand promises.

• Revenue generation from the clients. 

• Achieve team KPIs.

• Cross-team coordination. 

• Keep current on company information and materials.

• Keep current on the company's marketing strategies. Be an Apex Property flag bearer on and off the job.

• Attend and actively participate in all team meetings, and workshops/training.

• Set and review performance goals daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.

 

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university

•  CGPA: 3.00 or above

•  Expected combined CGPA in SSC & HSC is 9 and above
 

Experience Requirements

Experienced professionals (1 to 3 years) are preferred.
